There are a thousand tortures to being a novelist. Just when you think you’ve cracked the code, everything can change. Dealing with rejection can crush you, but that’s not as hard as the ways we reject ourselves.
From comparison to imposter syndrome and everything in between, I’ve been there. It took fourteen years before my first novel was traditionally published. And even though I won two national writing awards, there was a lot of bleeding going on behind the scenes.
Throughout the years, I’ve used my experiences to teach and mentor writers. I’ve collected hundreds of videos from workshops, Master Classes, and Zoom, and now I’m putting them all on Patreon.
